Hoyoung Tech Inc. is a start-up company with the primary purpose of selling smart and green technologies and equipment and providing services for urban infrastructure regeneration, especially, of water and wastes. Hoyoung Tech Inc. was established in January 2014 in Korea by Dr. Heekyung Park and now has an independent sister company in New York City(NYC) for marketing one of its products, especially called Green-box, in the NYC market. As a start-up business, there is no history as such. Dr. Park has experience dealing with urban infrastructure establishment and regeneration of many kinds. He has more than 30 years of experience in the practical and academic fields of urban infrastructure.As it grows, it will take on other cities in the eastern part of U.S.A. and eventually all the cities in U.S.A and in the globe. In addition, it will look for additional leverage by taking smart and green urban technologies from Korea into NYC for U.S.A and global marketing. For that, it will focus initially on two kinds of activities in NYC: • To do field-testing of Green-box technology in NYC to get permits and demonstrate its capacity. • To establish a platform in NYC to introduce smart and green urban technologies of Korea
